Attorney advertising.

Best Class Actions is an attorney advertising and case connection service operated by Theory Road LLC. This website and the free case review are advertising for the independent attorneys and law firms who participate.

Not a law firm.

Best Class Actions is not a law firm and does not practice law. The people who write and operate this site are not acting as your lawyers. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and no one here can tell you whether you have a claim or whether you qualify for a settlement.

Not a lawyer referral service.

We are not a lawyer referral service, and we are not a state bar certified or approved referral service. We do not match you with a lawyer based on any judgment about your case or about the lawyer.

Not a settlement administrator.

We are not a settlement administrator, and we do not file claims for anyone. Settlement claims are filed only on the official, court-approved settlement website, and filing is always free. Unless a page says otherwise, we have no affiliation with any court, any company named in a lawsuit or settlement, any settlement administrator, or any class counsel.

No attorney-client relationship.

Reading this site, submitting a case review, signing up for settlement alerts, or emailing or calling us does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any attorney. A relationship with a participating attorney begins only if you and that attorney both agree to it, usually in a signed written agreement. Until then, do not send confidential information you would not want disclosed.

No endorsement and no merit evaluation.

We do not endorse, rank, vet, or recommend any attorney or law firm, and we make no statement about the quality of any attorney's services. We do not evaluate the merits of any claim. Whether a participating attorney contacts you, and whether they take your case, is their decision alone. You should do your own research before hiring any lawyer.

How participating firms pay.

Participating attorneys and law firms pay Best Class Actions flat advertising fees. They never pay us a percentage of their legal fees, and never a share of any settlement, judgment, or recovery. The fee does not depend on whether you hire them or on the outcome of any matter. Your information may be shared with or sold to participating law firms and their agents as described in our privacy policy.

Prior results.

Any description of a lawsuit, verdict, or settlement on this site, including past payout amounts, is general information. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every case depends on its own facts, and a lawsuit is only a set of allegations unless a court has ruled.

Settlement details can change.

Deadlines, payout amounts, eligibility rules, and hearing dates can change after we publish, for example when a court extends a deadline or when final payments depend on how many people file. Always confirm the details on the official settlement website before you rely on them. If our page and the official site disagree, the official site controls.

General information only.

Our pages explain settlements, lawsuits, and the law in general terms. Laws differ from state to state and change over time, and courts apply them to specific facts. Deadlines to bring your own claim can be short. Talk to a lawyer licensed in your state about your situation.

State advertising rules.

Many states regulate lawyer advertising and may require disclosures or the name of a responsible attorney. Where a state requires it, the participating attorney or law firm is the attorney responsible for the content of any advertisement made on its behalf, and its name and office location will be provided to you on request or when it contacts you. Some states require us to say that the choice of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertisements.
